“This was our second time staying for 2 weeks in this unit and this time was even better than last time with some little details added from the previous visit. Unit: Very clean, has everything you need for a long term stay, washer/dryer along with shower room dryer very helpful to do laundry, 3 separate bedrooms on multi floor helpful for family, many detail additions like multiple extensions cords/lightings/additional towels Location: Excellent with 2 minute walk to the nearest station (Terada-Cho on JR), only one station away from Tennoji; one of the biggest hub stations in Osaka, 7 minute walk to LIFE grocery store, all three major convenience stores within 5 minute walk, many good restaurants/cafes/fast food, Don Quijote & Daikoku drugstore at the station Owner: Very responsive, helpful, professional, and friendly Cost: Fairly reasonable for what you get Overall we had a great experience again and will definitely come back when we are in town.”
