“The interior of the property matches the photos 100%, very clean. It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Tengachaya Station. There are two supermarkets, restaurants, and a large drugstore nearby, making daily life convenient. It's in a residential area, so it's quiet at night. The only small drawback is that because it's on the 2nd floor, you can hear footsteps from the 3rd floor tenants clearly. Poor soundproofing is probably the only downside.”
