“I used this place to go to Universal Studios. It was my first time staying at this type of whole-house rental, so I was a bit anxious, but they responded quickly to personal questions, and check-in and check-out weren't difficult. The facility was clean and fully equipped, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept well. If I had to mention one thing, the living room had a slight musty smell, and the sofa cushions showed signs of use, so I hesitated to use them and ended up sitting at the edge.”
